Welcome to Game Party Roller! We strive to bring fun and excitement to your events. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings and Payments

• Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to book our services.

• Required Information: To process your booking, we will collect details such as your name, phone number, email, event location, and payment information.

• Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after deposit payment is received.

• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 2 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the event are non-refundable, but we can arrange for an event reschedule.

2. Services and Equipment

• Gaming Trailer Use: Our gaming trailer is designed for fun and safe gaming experiences. It includes video games rated “Teen” or “Mature,” so please ensure content is appropriate for your guests.

• Equipment Care: You agree to treat our equipment with care. Any damage caused by you or your guests will be your responsibility. You will be charged for repair or replacement costs.

3. Liability and Assumption of Risk

• Inherent Risks: Participating in our activities involves some risks, including physical injury or emotional distress. By booking, you assume all risks for yourself and your guests.

• Release of Liability: Game Party Roller is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during your event, including incidents caused by negligence.

4. Media Consent

By attending a Game Party Roller event, you agree to allow us to take photos or videos during the event. These may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in advance.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New York, with any disputes resolved in New York courts. If your event is in New Jersey or Connecticut, local laws may also apply.

6. Acknowledgment

By booking with Game Party Roller, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
