Are there age restrictions for participants, or can anyone enjoy the gaming experience?
There are no strict age restrictions, and our gaming experience is designed to be enjoyed by people of all ages, from young adolescents to adults. We can customize the gaming environment to cater to different age groups, ensuring everyone has an amazing, age-appropriate time!
Do you provide cake, food, or drinks?
No
What if we have more guests? What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun! They must wait and take turns
How many kids can fit in the Game Party Roller trailer?
16, comfortably
What consoles do you have? Do we choose games ahead of time?
We have PS5
Do the trailers have air conditioning and heaters?
Yes
Do you allow food and drinks inside the Game Party Roller trailer?
No Candy, Gum Food or Drinks allowed because of all the electronics
Do you need to plug into an outlet?
No, self sufficient
What about bad weather?
We come rain, sleet, snow, temps above 100 degrees or 20 below— we are self contained and climate controlled! (As long as it is safe for us to drive.)
What areas or regions do you serve?
We offer our services in Tri-State area neighborhoods.
Do I tip the Game Coach?
While tipping is not required, it is greatly appreciated.
Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay a deposit of $150 on line or arrange to send payment to us . Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others. We know there are unique circumstances out there, you can call to discuss if your organization or situation is an exception and we can talk about options.
What time will you be arriving?
The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally 15 minutes prior to your event.
How do I do this? How do I look into booking a party?
Use the “Book Now” form and send in your date time and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available. Just confirm and that’s it!

We are not in the business of keeping people’s money. We understand things happen. We will do our best to accommodate you and set another date for you.
