Game Party Roller Inc. Waiver and Release of Liability

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

I, on behalf of myself, my children, and any other person under my care participating in activities with Game Party Roller Inc., acknowledge and agree to the following:

Inherent Risks: Participation involves both known and unknown risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, and exposure to video game content rated “Teen” or “Mature.” I understand that while Game Party Roller Inc. strives to provide a safe environment, the risk of serious injury, though minimal, does exist.

Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Game Party Roller Inc. events or utilize its services, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Game Party Roller Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or in connection with the event. This release applies to all claims, including those arising from negligence or breach of contract.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Game Party Roller Inc. and its representatives against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation in an event or use of its services, including any acts or omissions by me or my guests.

Media Release and Use of Likeness

By attending a Game Party Roller Inc. event, I consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. I grant Game Party Roller Inc. the irrevocable right to use any such images or recordings for promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes, without compensation or additional consent.

 

Rental Damage Policy

I acknowledge that the rental equipment has been received in good, working condition and will be returned in the same condition. I agree to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment. This includes any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair by any persons on the event property or in or around the Game Party Roller Inc. equipment.

Governing Law

This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this waiver shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of New York State.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement, fully understand its terms, and acknowledge that I have given up substantial rights for myself and those for whom I have assumed responsibility. My booking with Game Party Roller Inc. indicates that I freely and voluntarily agree to these terms.
